Perched at an altitude of 410 metres on the hills above Meloisey, this magnificent plot embodies all the freshness and structure of the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. Here, the estate has chosen to pursue excellence: planted as low-growing vines at a density of 11,000 vines per hectare, the Chardonnay vines cling to a steep slope. Their roots pierce shallow, very stony clay-limestone soil to anchor themselves directly into the hard limestone bedrock. From this characterful terroir comes the ‘Le Mont’ vintage, distinguished by a remarkable minerality and vibrant tension. From the very first sip, this lively white wine reveals an intensely fresh and fruity profile, wrapped in delicate floral notes. A luscious and vibrant nectar, crafted for immediate enjoyment. An ideal bottle for sharing, perfect for uncorking and savouring the purity of Burgundian fruit.
