Brescul is a superb plot of land neighboring the famous lieu-dit of Noizons. It is surrounded by walls, and faces southeast, sitting in the middle of the hillside. In old French, “Brescul” means a plot of vines with a very steep slope. This vineyard benefits from a cool climate and steeply sloping limestone soil. These are perfect conditions for the cultivation of the Pinot Noir grape. This famous Pommard climat produces rich, concentrated, and powerful wines. In the mouth, it is indulgent and silky. The balance between finesse and structure results in a charming Pinot Noir with beautiful structure and pleasure guaranteed. This is a wine that should be laid down and treasured for a few years in cellar.
