Located on the climats of Les Planchots de la Champagne, Les Planchots du Nord, and Les Connardizes, this Savigny-lès-Beaune is a blend of three terroirs located very close to one another. The plots are all planted with 60-year-old vines and are located at the bottom of the hillside, covering around one hectare in total. These old Pinot Noir vines take root in shallow and very stony reddish limestone soil. This wine has beautiful density and great finesse, combining very elegant tannins with lots of roundness. It is a well-balanced, indulgent, and open wine, that should be enjoyed within the next five years.
