This premier cru plot is located in Saint-Aubin, the perfect place for growing Chardonnay grapes. It is ideally located at 240 meter above sea level, alongside the vines of Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru Les Commes. The 40-year-old vines grow on clay and limestone with dark red alluvium. The white wine produced here is perfectly balanced, with remarkable tension and beautiful structure. Its vigor and power make it a great white Burgundy wine. One should wait at least five years before succumbing to the temptations of this wonderfully complex Saint-Aubin premier cru wine.
